When we got home, I was so excited to go down to our creek because we also bought me some galoshes while out.

So I headed down to the water and mud, and sloshed around for a couple hours. It reminded me of my summers as a kid, playing down on the beach. It was great.
Afterward, I went back up to the house and watched some TV shows online with Scott (which is what he has been doing all afternoon). I got an adorable picture of my kitty giving herself a bath, which she needed cos she followed me down to the creek and she didn't have her galoshes on.
Since I had my camera in hand, I decided to head outside and see what I could take pictures of. I found a ton of grasshoppers in the grass, and I took pictures, while Mona attempted to pounce on and capture them.
I also found a vine growing in the middle of our yard. It was attempting to make its way up the other plant life. With how tall our grass is getting, it should have an easy time.
I'm very tempted to dig it up, and try and get it to climb up our deck, but when I relayed this idea to Scott, he didn't seem to like it as much. We'll see what happens I suppose.
Since Ramona followed me outdoors, I figured I would take a few more pictures of her. This was one of my favorites, and yes, all of my photos have been edited to make them look prettier. Did it work?
She is such a beautiful cat. I love that she wants to be outside with me, and that she follows me everywhere. She is like a little dog sometimes.
So this has been my weekend thus far, and I need to get away from blogging, because I think this is my fourth post in the last 24 hours.
I thought that was the point of blogging... to document and share your life with those who want to know (like me!).
ReplyDeleteHaha, yes, but I don't want to be excessively blogging. Continuous updates are for things like Facebook and Twitter. I should probably stick to one, maybe two posts a day :)
